Want To Join Our Team?
We require a full-time, enthusiastic and personable HCPC Registered Podiatrist for our busy, modern, well established practice which provides full Podiatry services to a large and expanding client base.
The successful candidate must be able to treat and manage the care of patients, utilising a full range of Podiatric skills, knowledge and evidence-based practice in order to achieve satisfactory outcomes based on their individual needs.
You must have excellent clinical and people skills and a winning attitude, be patient-focused and diligent. You will work as part of an extended Podiatry team to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients, and you will deliver exemplary care to enable them to maintain mobility, independence, viability and to relieve discomfort.
Scope of Role
The role will involve a mix of routine podiatry, biomechanics/orthotic prescription, sports/MSK podiatry, podiatric acupuncture, VP needling, nail surgery and cosmetic toenail reconstruction. Experience in these disciplines is therefore highly desirable.
You will also be expected to take a proactive role in promoting the business and its services online and through social media marketing, in conjunction with other team members, and in maximising opportunities to grow your caseload. You should therefore be comfortable and literate on digital platforms & cloud-based practice management systems (preferably Cliniko, but training will be provided if required).
Applicants must ideally have a minimum of 2 years post-grad experience, and Private Practice experience is highly desirable. Applications from new or recent graduates will, however, be considered, so if you think you can offer the qualities we are seeking, please do apply.
You must be willing and eager to grow your caseload and expand your role and skill-set as the business continues to grow.
You will be part of a small, supportive team, so reliability, dependability and considerate teamworking is essential to the success of all practitioners.
You should be mature, calm, tolerant, and comfortable working and interacting with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
